Rob with ULB was very helpful with the purchase of a Scoria for my wife, a Mesa Plus for me and several accessories we purchased thru ULB. Rob made our decision to buy an e-bike so much easier. He has a vast amount of knowledge and will show you every feature of the bike and how to use it. He carries the Mokwheel brand which is what we were looking at ahead of time and we drove 150 miles to his business from another state just to be able to see them and ride one. We ended up buying a Basalt and a Basalt st. He's been extremely helpful in every area after the sale as well. I can't recommend Rob enough. He made our choice to buy from a shop instead of ordering directly online so much better and the customer service is so much better. Take the time to go see him and you will not regret it. We were looking at purchasing 2 mokwheel bikes but wanted to try them and compare the bikes to our current ebikes. Last week we made an appointment with Rob to look at the bikes. Being an ebike owner for three years and trying two other brands the Mokwheel is the best quality with all the features you would want on an ebike. Rob spent nearly two hours with us in the hot weather going over all the options and features of the Mokwheel models. I highly recommend him and Mokwheel if your shopping for a new ebike.

Rob is a very nice person to work with. He tries everything to keep you happy and pleased. Rob continues to call to check up on us to see if everything is doing well I would recommend buying from him again thank you Rob for being a very kind and gentle person.

    Rob is the best! So helpful to my husband and me with a Mok bicycle. He knows these bikes inside and out. He is a wizard.

    We have been looking at e-bikes for a while, talking to people that have e-bikes and reading reviews. My wife tested an e-bike in Atlanta and we went to several sports store to look at several e-bike in stock. When I saw the Mokwheel e-bike Listing on Facebook, I figured it was way under priced but I made an appointment. I was very impressed with the quality and specs of all the Mokwheel bikes in stock and my wife zeroed in on the green Scoria, SOLD. Rob delivered the bike and showed us all the features and accessories. After riding the bike and seeing the performance, I called Rob and purchased  myself a tan Mesa Plus, a beast. We love both bikes and thank Rob for getting us on the right bikes and educating us on how to operators them and be safe. I would recommend Ultimate Life Bikes...
